At Armour, accessibility is not simply a requirement \u2013 it is a core value that drives us to create inclusive, supportive and safe spaces for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Accessible Canada Act exists to identify, remove and prevent barriers to accessibility with the goal of making Canada barrier-free by January 1, 2040. In accordance with this law, Armour has developed an Accessibility Plan that details how barriers to accessibility in the workplace will be removed in several priority areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At Armour, our team believes that creating a truly inclusive workplace means engaging directly with persons with disabilities to better understand their experiences and meet their needs.
